The Role: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide 1:1 support to Chairman and occasional assistance to a second Director when they are in London. Key Responsibilities:
- Diary Management: Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring all appointments are organised efficiently.
- Email Management: Handle email correspondence, prioritising and responding to key communications.
- Telephone Work: Respond to calls professionally, ensuring messages are relayed accurately and promptly.
- Travel Planning: Organise international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
- Itinerary Planning: Create detailed itineraries for business trips and meetings.
- Meeting Support: Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and relevant materials.
- Finance Support: Assist with basic financial tasks, such as expenses and invoice management.
- Document Typing: Type documents from dictation with accuracy and efficiency.
- Event Support: Assist with planning and coordinating business and personal events.
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a 1:1 support role.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable with dictation tools.
- Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of senior executives.
- Experience with diary management, travel planning, and basic finance tasks.
- Competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.
