Customer Service Advisor

Coventry office (office-based role)
THE JOB ROLE
The Customer Service Advisor role is a key part of our client’s sales and marketing operation. The role entails:
- Reacting to incoming customer enquiries, new orders and ongoing sales projects
- Providing product and technical information, working with experienced colleagues to provide advice and guidance.
- Managing CRM and database records, ensuring processes are efficient.
- Day-to-today involvement in the efficient management of the sales and customer support office.
- Contributing ideas and energy to support improvements in operations.
For the Customer Service Advisor role, our client is looking for these key skills:
- Prior experience in a similar role i.e. customer service, customer support, customer success.
- Confidence in managing customer queries, processing orders and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The desire to contribute to a knowledgeable, professional, positive and supportive team.
£25-30K Basic salary (doe) + team bonus of up to 20%
Pension, Bupa healthcare, 25 days leave pa.
