My client is a women's fitness and nutrition app! A really exciting new brand who are currently growing with a strong online presence and an office in central London close to the CIty and Silicon Roundabout! 

They are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced customer service professional to assit them through the busy period in the lead up to Christmas and potentally beyond.

Work will be allocated on a rota basis You are needed to work 5 days a week out of 7 with Wednesdays and Fridays at home

Responsibilities

  • Delivering exceptional and memorable customer experience across all channels
  • Representing the voice of the community within the business
  • Collating inspirational stories from community members
  • Working with key stakeholders within the business to ensure that the community is provided with the correct education and identify the areas of opportunity
  • Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive experiences
  • Engaging with community members across multiple channels including Email, App Reviews and Live Chat to help them achieve their goals along their journey
  • Meet and exceed business and department SLA’s (service level agreements)
  • Reporting key customer trends with the Customer Experience team
  • Going above and beyond for the community and liaising with key stakeholders to resolve member queries
  • Supporting the Customer Experience Lead with additional tasks where necessary to ensure our community receives best in class service
 
Requirements 
 
  • Experience dealing with customers
  • High volume contact experience
  • Zendesk experience beneficial 
  • High level of English grammar and spelling 
  • Mac literate preferable but not essential 
  • Interest in fitness/nutrition desirable 
The selected candiate will start in early November 

Working times: 8 - 4:30pm / 9 - 5:30pm / 10-6:30pm/ 11-7:30pm 5 days across 7 days a week (Wed & Friday at home)



Rate of pay: £15 ph
