- Conducting personalised calls to new students to guide them through important dates, timetables, and exam booking procedures.
- Providing comprehensive information about the exam process and addressing any queries or concerns that students may have.
- Assisting students in clearing any outstanding debts and facilitating payment arrangements as necessary.
- Collaborating with internal departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall student experience.
- Logging and updating information on the internal database.
- Finance processing.
- Any other administrative duties required.
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual with the following attributes:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Empathetic and patient approach to supporting students from diverse backgrounds.
- Previous experience in student support or a similar role is highly desired.
This Student Support Executive position offers:
- Permanent full-time employment with a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £33,000 per annum plus benefits.
- Monday to Friday across a 35 hour working week.
