You will work predominently at home but visit the office in Ponder's End for training
This is a p art time role working three days per week.
Working days are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
Duties to include
- Running the day to day customer service channels including live chat and emails
- Working closely with the marketing and sales teams
Skills & Experience required: -
- You’ll have 1-2 years customer service experience
- You’ll be good at communication and building relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- With strong excel skills
- Previous knowledge of Shopify is a plus but not essential
- The company will interview ASAP
- Role starts approx w/c 11 Nov
- Rate of pay is £15 per hour
