Our client is seeking an individual who is based in Bristol; to start immediately; for 3 months; 
Either in the office or some from home. 
£13.25-£14.10 an hour depending experience; 

  
Who will you be working for?

Our client is a London & Bristol based a non- profit membership organisation for healthcare professionals; they are innovative and leaders in the sectors best practice. They have several locations throughout the UK.
   
What will you be doing? 
  • Immediately available to start (no notice period restriction).
  • Full time, 5 days a week, temporary on a rolling weekly assignment, for a period of 3 months.
  • Bristol office based or home based in Bristol, whatever they prefer we are happy with for the temporary assignment. There will be a requirement for office attendance weekly/for team meetings and collaboration if home based.

  • Experience of Customer service
  • Awareness of the role and Library information services in the support of evidence based practice 
  • Excellent verbal communication

    You will need: 
    • Ability to work at pace in a team and independently.
    • Ability to work on own initiative, delivering work to set deadlines and reacting to changing circumstances without compromising quality and standards.
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence, with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of multi-disciplinary staff.
    • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.)
    • Uses a systematic approach to planning and organising.
      
    Desirable
    • Experience of administration in a healthcare or related context, such as the NHS
