Customer Supply Executive

We are working with our client to find a customer supply executive, to be successful you will need previous experience across B2B (trade clients would be preferred), Logistics and Operations. You will naturally be approachable and engaging.

This position is for an immediate start following successful interview; you will need to have immediate availability to start work or have notice of not more than 2 weeks.

Who will you be working for?
Our client is a growing and well-known craft beer specialist based in North London.  

What Will You Be Doing?
  • Daily Order Processing: Process orders and invoices daily for UK and export customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders, tracking and improving their reported service levels.
  • Finance Coordination: Work closely with the finance department to collaboratively address and overcome challenges.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with onboarding new customers and work closely with partners.
  • Customer Service Management: Handle inbound enquiries including customer service queries, PO support, and logistics issues.
  • Stock Management: Collaborate with the stock management team, taking ownership of stock management from a customer perspective.
  • Project Support: Support the customer supply team leader with ad hoc projects aimed at improving the customer experience.
  • Automation Projects: Partner with the customer supply team leader to support and lead projects focused on automating and enhancing the order-to-cash process.

The working hours are 8.30am-5.30pm Monday-Friday. our client operates a hybrid working model with at least 2 days in office each week.
